      Aufgrund der neuen Richtlinien des Landes RLP müssen die Schulbücher zur Ermöglichung der Schulbuchausleihe schnellstmöglich vorort sein.

      Gem. § 70 SchulG RLP hat die Stadtverwaltung Kaiserslautern als Pflichtaufgabe der Selbstverwaltung (Abs. 5) die Aufgabe alle Schulbücher der Lernmittelheit zu beschaffen und an die Schülerinnen und Schüler der Stadt Kaiserslautern auszuleihen (Abs. 3). Um eine solche Leihe direkt zu Schulbeginn zu ermöglichen, ist eine Verkürzung der Ausschreibungsfrist notwendig.
