         - Der Bieter muss nachweisen, dass keine Ausschlussgründe nach § 123 und 124 GWB vorliegen. Als Nachweis ist der Vordruck "Erklärung zum Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen" vom Bieter sowie von allen Mitgliedern der Bietergemeinschaft auszufüllen und elektronisch zu signieren oder zu unterschreiben oder durch Benennung der erklärenden Person in Textform mit Angabe von Ort und Datum abzuschließen.*

         - Der Bieter darf keinen Bezug zu Russland (im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 833/2014 in der Fassung des Art. 1 Ziff. 23 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/576 des Rates vom 8. April 2022) aufweisen. Als Nachweis ist der Vordruck "Eigenerklärung Russland-Sanktionen" vom Bieter sowie von allen Mitgliedern der Bietergemeinschaft elektronisch zu signieren oder zu unterschreiben oder durch Benennung der erklärenden Person in Textform mit Angabe von Ort und Datum abzuschließen.

Der Vordruck "Angebot" ist auszufüllen und elektronisch zu signieren oder zu unterschreiben oder durch Benennung der erklärenden Person in Textform mit Angabe von Ort und Datum abzuschließen.

         - Im Falle der Unterauftragsvergabe ist anzugeben, welche Leistungen durch Unterauftragnehmer erbracht werden sollen (siehe Punkt 5 Vordruck "Angebot"). Auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers sind vor Zuschlagserteilung die vorgesehenen
