Errichtung eines innerstädtischen Gebäudekomplexes für

Sammlungs-, Forschungs-, und Lehrzwecke. Die

Gesamtanlage ist in 5 Teilgebäude gegliedert.

Neubauten sind die blockrandschließenden Gebäudeteile A und

C sowie das Verbindungsgebäude B, alle bestehend aus 4

Geschossen zuzüglich Kellergeschoss. Die tragende

Konstruktion erfolgt in Stahlbeton. Die Lochfassaden erhalten

straßenseitig eine Klinkerfassade, hofseitig eine

Vorhangfassade.

Das auf dem Baugrundstück vorhandene Bestandsgebäude

(Gebäudeteil D) wird funktional in die neue Nutzung integriert.

Die Sanierung des 4-geschossigen Klinkerbaus erfolgt unter

Berücksichtigung der denkmalschutzrechtlichen Auflagen. Das

Gebäude E (Bekanntgabe, Ausschreibung und Ausführung

erfolgt zum späteren Zeitpunkt) ist ein separat stehender

1-geschossiger Neubau in Stahlbetonbauweise. weiter unter
