           1. Die BVG wickelt das Vergabeverfahren elektronisch über eine Vergabemanagement-Software sowie über eine Vergabeplattform ab. Es wird ausdrücklich empfohlen, eine Registrierung auf dieser Vergabeplattform vorzunehmen.

           2. Sämtliche Teilnahme-/Vergabeunterlagen werden Interessenten auf rechtzeitige Anforderung direkt, kostenfrei und ausschließlich elektronisch über die der unter Ziffer I.1) angegebene Vergabeplattform zur Verfügung gestellt und sind ausschließlich zu verwenden.

           3. Die Beantwortung von Fragen der Bewerber/Bieter, die spätestens 6 Kalendertage vor Ablauf der Teilnahme-/Angebotsfrist erfolgt und sonstige verfahrensrelevante Informationen werden allen Bewerbern/Bietern direkt, kostenfrei und ausschließlich elektronisch über die unter Ziffer I.1) angegebene Vergabeplattform zur Verfügung gestellt. Bis zum Ablauf der Frist zur Einreichung der Teilnahmeanträge und/oder Angebote ist der Bewerber/Bieter verpflichtet, regelmäßig und selbstständig auf über die Vergabeplattform zur Verfügung gestellte, geänderte oder zusätzliche Dokumente oder sonstige Verfahrensrelevante Informationen zu achten.          Für die Eignungsprüfung hat der Bieter/Bewerber für sich und ggf. für Nachunternehmer seine Fachkunde, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit nachzuweisen.

         Der Nachweis der Eignung muss durch I. Erklärung zu III.1.1 der Bekanntmachung - Befähigung zur Berufsausübung einschließlich Auflagen hinsichtlich der Eintragung in einem Berufs- oder Handelsregister erfolgen.

         Inhalt der Eigenerklärung:

         1. Erklärung gemäß § 124 Abs. 1 GWB

         2. Erklärung gemäß § 123 Abs. 1 GWB

         3. Erklärung zum SchwarzArbG und AEntG, MiLoG und AufenthG

         4. Erklärung zum KRG

         5. Erklärung zur Höhe der Haftpflichtversicherung

         Auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers sind die Eigenerklärungen durch Bescheinigungen der zuständigen Stellen zu bestätigen.

         Das Formblatt (Eigenerklärung zur Eignung) liegt den Vergabeunterlagen bei.

         Die entsprechenden Erklärungen sind den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt.

         Für Bewerber-/Bietergemeinschaften ist die Eigenerklärung von jedem Mitglied auszufüllen, zu unterschreiben und einzureichen. Dasselbe gilt für mit dem Teilnahmeantrag/dem Angebot benannte Nachunternehmer. Beabsichtigt der Bewerber/Bieter zum Nachweis seiner Eignung auf die Kapazitäten eines anderen Unternehmens zu verweisen (Eignungsleihe), so muss der Bewerber/Bieter eine auch für den (jeweiligen) Eignungsleihgeber eine zutreffende Eigenerklärung für dieses Unternehmen vorlegen sowie seine tatsächliche Zugriffsmöglichkeit auf dieses Unternehmen durch Vorlage einer Verpflichtungserklärung des Eignungsleihgebers nachweisen. Für die Verpflichtungserklärung des Eignungsleihgebers ist das in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltene Formular "Verpflichtungserklärung" zu verwenden.

         Es sind je angebotenem Los 3 Referenzen zu benennen, die mit dem ausgeschriebenen Material vergleichbar sind. Im günstigsten Fall wird auf den BVG Zeichnungen eine Bestätigung zu geben, dass die Herstellung entsprechend erfolgt.

         Bei Abweichungen zur BVG-Zg. ist dem Angebot die Zeichnungdes Bieters beizulegen.

         Das Formblatt (Eigenerklärung zur Eignung) liegt den Vergabeunterlagen bei.

         Der Bieter muss eine QM-Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001 des Herstellers nachweisen. Handelt es sich beim Bieter um eine Bietergemeinschaft bzw. einen Händler ist dieser Nachweis für alle Beteiligten dem Angebot beizulegen.

         Für die Lose 11 und 12 gilt: Es sind nur Walzwerke zugelassen, die ein Zertifikat DIN EN 10204-3.1 für die zu liefernden Schienen vorzulegen können. Für jede Walzung ist dem Auftraggeber ein Abnahmeprüfzeugnis (Walzzeugnis) zu übergeben.

         Diese können sein: ein Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach ÖNORM EN 10204-3.1 bzw. DIN 50049-3.1 oder eine "Bescheinigung über Materialprüfungen nach DIN EN 10204:2005".

         Es muss eine aktuelle herstellerbezogene Produktqualifikation (HPQ) der DB AG (oder gleichwertig) und die Q1-Zertifizierung der DB AG (oder gleichwertig) über Schienen vorliegen.
