         Mit dem hier ausgeschriebenen 2-jährigen Grundwasser-Monitoring (zzgl. einer optionalen Verlängerungen von einem Jahr) ist das Ökologische Großprojekt Magdeburg-Rothensee teilflächen- bzw. aufgabenbezogen zu untersuchen, wobei sich das Monitoring auf die Kontaminationsschwerpunkte konzentriert, sog. Teilflächen bzw. Teilflächenkomplexe, welche in 11 Areale eingeteilt sind. Die Gefahrenlage in diesen Bereichen erfordert die Durchführung von Überwachungs- oder Sanierungs- bzw. Sicherungsmaßnahmen im Sinne der Gefahrenabwehr, die unter Einbeziehung des Grundwasser-Monitorings konzipiert, umgesetzt und überwacht werden. Der Auftrag ist in zwei Teilbereiche mit zwei Auftraggebern aufgeteilt (Teilbereich 1 - ÖGP Rothensee mit der LAF als Auftraggeber und Teilbereich 2 - TF 12 mit der MHG als Auftraggeber).

         Nachweis der Fachkunde und Leistungsfähigkeit des Bieters und seiner Unterauftragnehmer auf Grundlage eines Durchführungs- und Qualitätssicherungskonzeptes mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:

         - Akkreditierung für die Probennahme aus Grundwasserleitern (nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 bzw. OFD-Hannover-BAM-Vereinbarung)

         - Die Befähigung/ Fachkunde des Probenahmepersonals ist mittels aktueller Zertifizierungen (Schulung nach AQS Merkblatt P-8/2 und P-8/3) zu den jeweils vorgesehenen Leistungen nachzuweisen (nicht älter als 2 Jahre).

         - Benennung des ausführenden Labors, Nachweis der Akkreditierung des Labors nach der ISO/IEC 17 025, Akkreditierung muss die relevanten Parameter ausweisen und ist mit dem Angebot vorzulegen.

         Sollte es keine Akkreditierung für bestimmte Parameter vorhanden sein, ist die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an Ringversuchen nachzuweisen.

         - Eventuell eingebundene Nachunternehmer (z. B. Vermessung, weitere Labore für spez. Parameter) sind namentlich mit ihrer Anschrift und ihrem Leistungsumfang im Angebot zu benennen, und deren Qualifikation (Zertifizierung) für diese Leistungen aussagefähig nachzuweisen.
