         Auf dem Adenauer Campus sollen kontinuierlich neue Inhalte - Texte, Grafiken, interaktive Tools - erstellt werden, sowohl zu bestehenden Themen (Europa, Soziale Marktwirtschaft, Kommunalpolitik etc.) als auch zu neuen Themen (z.B. Zeitgeschichte). Diese Inhalte müssen inhaltlich recherchiert, didaktisch konzipiert, erstellt und online umgesetzt bzw. in das bestehende System eingebunden werden.

         Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, zu diesem Zweck eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem leistungsfähigen Dienstleister abschließen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung sieht eine Laufzeit von 24 Monaten vor (voraussichtlicher Start 01.08.23), die sich automatisch zweimal um weitere 12 Monate verlängert, wenn die Vereinbarung nicht mit einer Frist von jeweils 6 Wochen zum Laufzeitende von der Auftraggeberin gekündigt wird.

         Die Leistungsabrufe aus diesem Rahmenvertrag erfolgen durch Einzelbeauftragungen. Es bestehen keine Mindestabnahmeverpflichtungen für die Auftraggeberin.
