Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Planung, Fertigung und Montage von Stahldächern mit Folienbespannung und seitlicher Entwässerung und Verblechung war

nach Bauvertrag im Jahr 2020 vorgesehen.

Aus nicht vom AN zu vertetenden Gründen verzögerte sich die Fertigung und und Montage des Hauptdachs sowie der

Folienbespannungen und Verblechungen über den vertraglichen Endtermin hinaus in die Jahre 2022 und 2023.

Daher ist der AN von nicht vorhersehbaren Kostensteigerungen aufgrund Corona und Ukraine-Krieg betroffen.
