Umfang Hauptleistung ca. 720 Bohrmeter an ca. 12 Bohrpunkten in einem Zeitraum von max. 2 Monaten mit mindestens 2 Bohrgeräten. Größtenteils Ausbau der Bohrpunkte zu Grundwassermessstellen, inkl. Monitoring. Ausführungszeitraum ab vsl. Juli 2020.

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. NA 42: Los Nord NA 42 Zufahrtshilfen.

Die Erreichbarkeit der Einrichtungsfläche zweier Bohrpunkte ist aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Wege (unbefestigte Wiesenwege) bei Nässe nicht ohne weiteres gegeben. Deswegen müssen diese Zuwegungen durch Zufahrtshilfen in Form von Bohlen, Matratzen oder Moorblechen ertüchtigt werden. Die Zufahrtshilfen stellen eine Mehrmenge gegenüber dem Hauptvertrag dar.

Umfang: 127.960,80 EUR

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund von behördlichen Auflagen zum Bodenschutz ist diese Maßnahme unumgänglich, um die Befahrbarkeit der

Baustelle zu gewährleisten. Anderenfalls kommt es zu Stillständen und Verzögerungen, bis der Boden durch Trockenheit oder

Frost hinreichend verdichtet ist. Ein Arbeitnehmerwechsel würde diese Verzögerungen zusätzlich erhöhen.
