      Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist durch hinreichend genügende Dringlichkeit nach § 10a EU Abs. 3.

      In Verbindung mit Erwägungsgrund 46 der RL 2014/24/EU.

      Eine erstes Verfahren für die Innenputzarbeiten der Baumaßnahme Sportschule Lastrup erfolgte im Amtsblatt der europäischen Union am 24.02.2023 unter der Auftragsbekanntmachung (2023/S 040-115470) mit der Referenznummer K-CLP-40.5-2023-0020.

      Mit Aufhebung (2023/S 108-340474) der genannten Ausschreibung, wurde den Bietern unverzüglich mitgeteilt, dass eine neues Verfahren eingeleitet würde.

      Da an der Gesamtleistung und an den einzelnen Massen keine wesentlichen Änderungen vorgenommen wurden, verkürzen wir die Angebotsfrist, um eine Verzögerung im Bauzeitenplan zu vermeiden.
