         Bei der nachfolgenden Beschreibung handelt es sich um den Neubau eines viergeschossigen

         Einzelgebäudes. Für den benötigten Luftwechsel werden drei voneinander unabhängige Lüftungssysteme

         verwenden. Ein Teil des Kellergeschosses wir mittels zentraler Zu- und Abluftanlage versorgt, für den

         Großteil des Gebäudes wird eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung als Abluftsystem installiert. In

         gemeinschaftlichen Aufenthaltsbereichen werden Außenwandlüfter platziert. (sh. Vergabeunterlagen)
