         Bei dem Auftrag handelt sich um die Ausführung von Dachbegrünungsarbeiten gemäß

         Leistungsverzeichnis für den Neubau des Verwaltungsgebäudes II der Stadtwerke Saarbrücken Netz AG.

         Das noch zu errichtende Gebäude befindet sich unmittelbar in der Heuduckstraße in Saarbrücken und ist

         optimal über die Autobahnanschlussstelle "Malstatter Brücke" oder "Wilhelm-Heinrich-Brücke" erreichbar.

         Bei dem zu errichtenden Verwaltungsgebäude handelt es sich um ein 6-geschossiges Gebäude, dessen

         rückseitiger Anbau 1-geschossig mit ca. 4 m Gebäudehöhe ist. Im Erdgeschoss sind neben einem Foyer- und

         Empfangsbereich Räume für Besprechungen und Seminare vorgesehen. In den Obergeschossen befinden sich

         die Büros für insgesamt 180 Mitarbeiter.
