         Die LESG mbH beabsichtigt im Auftrag des Amts für Schule einen Erweiterungsneubau im Stadtteil Leipzig Paunsdorf zu errichten. Die 24. Schule am Standort Döllingstraße 25 ist in einem denkmalgeschützten Schulgebäude aus der Gründerzeit untergebracht. Um die Schule in Richtung einer 3-Zügigkeit zu entwickeln, ist eine Erweiterung der Raumkapazitäten not-wendig. Hierfür ist ein Erweiterungsbau an der Nordostseite des Bestandsgebäudes geplant. Die beiden Gebäudeteile (Bestand und Neubau) sollen dabei miteinander verbunden werden.

         Der Erweiterungsbau ist in einem schlüsselfertigen und betreibungsfähigen Zustand herzustellen.

         Übergeordnet sind alle Leistungen für einen nutzungsfähigen und mangelfreien "Erweiterungsbau" zu planen, zu kalkulieren, anzubieten und auszuführen. Dies beinhaltet neben den allgemeinen Planungs- und Bauleistungen der Kostengruppen gemäß DIN 276:2018-12 - im Weiteren kurz DIN 276 genannt - auch alle notwendigen Arbeitsschritte zur Projektabwicklung, wie zum Beispiel Leistungen für die Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz-Koordination (SiGeKo), alle notwendigen Vermessungsleistungen sowie die Vorbereitung und Einholung aller not-wendigen Genehmigungen. Die Koordination der Planungs- und Bauleistungen ist in allen Leistungsphasen eigenverantwortlich vom Auftragnehmer (AN) zu erbringen. Dies betrifft ebenso die Koordination mit dem AG und vom AG bevollmächtigter Vertreter, die Koordination mit zu beteiligenden Behörden sowie die Koordination der Leistungen externer Projektbeteiligter wie z. B. Versorgungsunternehmen.
