         Ziel dieser Vergabe ist ein psychometrisches Testverfahren zur Mechanik zu entwickeln. Dieses Testverfahren muss computerbasiert durchgeführt werden und in das Computer-Assistierte Testsystem (CAT) der Bundeswehr integriert werden. Außerdem müssen die Testitems derart gestaltet sein, dass auch bei einer Online-Durchführung des Tests die Verfälschungssicherheit der Testergebnisse gewähr-leistet ist und ein Bekanntwerden der Aufgaben bestmöglich unterbunden werden kann. Der Test muss die Personalgewinnungsorganisation der Bundeswehr um ein objektives, ressourcenschonendes Verfahren zur Feststellung der Potentiale von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern auf dem Gebiet der Mechanik erweitern. Dabei soll basierend auf einer theoretischen Konzeption das Potential Fähigkeiten, Fertigkei-ten und Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Mechanik zu entwickeln, erfasst werden. Die Verwendbarkeit soll in einer zweistufigen Erprobungsphase in den Testcentern der Bundeswehr statistisch fundiert nachgewiesen werden
