         Generalplanungsleistungen für den Umbau/die Umstrukturierung der Station J1 im Mathias-Spital Rheine mit folgenden Teilleistungen/Planungsdisziplinen:

         - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume

         - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung (optional - wird ggf. Nachbeauftragt)

         - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung: ALG 1 bis 8 (wobei ALG 6 optional je nach Planung)

         Der konkrete Umfang ist den beiliegenden Unterlagen zu entnehmen.

         Eine etwaige Beauftragung erfolgt in jedem Falle stufenweise.

         Mindestens die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-5 wurden erbracht
