Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Das vertragliche Leistungssoll, welches auf Stundenbasis (Aufwand) erstellt wurde, reicht im Rahmen der erforderlichen

Bauleistungen im Zeitraum vom LOS 2: 15.02.21 – 30.12.2022 nicht aus. Die entstanden Verzögerungen im Bauablauf durch

die Verschiebung von IBN Terminen, fehlenden Planunterlagen und Mehrungen im Bauablauf durch die Intensivierung von

Zeitabläufen konnten bei der Ausschreibung nicht mitberücksichtigt werden, wodurch das Soll im Hauptvertrag überschritten

ist. Hierdurch entstehen die Mengenmehrungen in den Stunden bzw. bei den Personalen.
