VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Im Laufe des Planungsfortschrittes wurden weitere Bedarfe für zusätzliche Engineeringleistungen benötigt.

Es wurden Änderungen bei Umfängen wie z.B. im Bereich der E-Technik und Leittechnik nötig, da erst im Zuge der Entwurfsplanung und bei der Konzeptüberprüfung deutlich wurde, dass weitreichendere Änderungen, als bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt angenommen, benötigt werden.

Ebenfalls gab es kleinere Änderungen, welche durch angepasste und geänderte Bauabläufe benötig wurden.

Zusätzlich kamen Mehrleistungen und Änderungen durch einen großen Brand im Bereich der Rauchgasreinigung und des Schornsteins Ende August hinzu.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Trotz vorhergehender Machbarkeitsstudie wurde im Zuge der Entwurfsplanung und bei der Konzeptüberprüfung deutlich, dass weitreichendere Änderungen benötigt werden, damit alles so umgesetzt werden kann, dass das Ergebnis auch passt.Ebenfalls gab es kleinere Änderungen, welche durch nicht geplante aber benötigte, angepasste und geänderte Bauabläufe anfielen.Zusätzlich kamen Mehrleistungen und Änderungen durch einen großen Brand im Bereich der Rauchgasreinigung und des Schornsteins Ende August hinzu.
