         Auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Kreisklinikums in Spaichingen erfolgen Umstrukturierungen. Hierbei soll das Gesundheitszentrum, bestehend aus zwei Bettenhäuser (Bestand), sowie ein neu zu errichtendes Ärztehaus aus der Energiezentrale mit Wärme versorgt werden. Zudem sind fünf ehemaligen Schwesternwohnheime (ebenfalls Be-stand) aus der Energiezentrale zu versorgen - zu diesen besteht eine Wärmetrasse im Medienkanal abgehend vom Gesundheitszentrum (Die Anknüpfung an die neue Energiezentrale muss in Gänze noch erfolgen).

         Ausgeschriebene Leistung ist ein Energieliefer-Contracting inkl. der klassischen Leistungen, also Planung, Errichtung, Finanzierung, Betrieb, Wartung- und Instandhaltung von Erzeugungs-, Versorgungs- und Verteilanlagen, sowie sämtlichen Peripherieaggregaten. Die Räumlichkeiten der Energiezentrale werden seitens der Auftraggeberin im Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme erstellt - am Prozess wirkt die Auftragnehmerin hinsichtlich planerischem Input der technischen Anlagen, sowie in Form der Genehmigungen der technischen Anlagen mit. Neben diesen Aufgaben obliegt auch die Energieabrechnung mit den Abnehmerinnen der Auftragnehmerin. Große Teile des aktuellen Bestandswärmenetzes können nach aktuellem Stand erhalten und von der Auftragnehmerin betrieben werden.

         Ziel der Ausschreibung ist eine Nahwärmeversorgung mit einem Höchstmaß an CO2-Einsparung und Klimadienlichkeit. Als Hauptenergieträger einer zu Grunde liegenden Referenzversorgung ist Holz in Form von Holzhackschnitzeln vorgesehen. Die Erzeugung der Referenzvariant liegt als Vorplanung vor - etwaige alternative Konzepte auf höchsterneuerbarer Basis sind vollumfänglich seitens der Auftragnehmerin zu konzipieren und planen. Pilotanlagen sind nicht zulässig.
