         Aufträge werden nur an Unternehmen vergeben, die während des gesamten Leistungszeitraums über eine die vertraglichen Leistungen abdeckende Haftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestdeckungssumme i. H. v. 1.000.000,00 EUR je Schadensereignis für Sachschäden, 2.000.000,00 EUR je Schadensereignis für Personenschäden und 1.000.000,00 EUR je Schadensereignis für Vermögensschäden verfügen.

         Dem Angebot ist ein entsprechender Nachweis über das gegenwärtige Bestehen eines entsprechenden Versicherungsverhältnisses, der nicht älter als sechs Monate sein darf, beizufügen. Sollte die derzeit bestehende Versicherung diese Deckungssummen im Zeitpunkt der Angebotserstellung nicht erreichen, so ist mit der Angebotsabgabe zuzusichern, dass die Deckungssumme im Falle der Zuschlagserteilung entsprechend erhöht und die entsprechende neue Police vor Ausführungsbeginn vorgelegt wird. Die Bieter sind verpflichtet, ein den o. g. Anforderungen entsprechendes Versicherungsverhältnis im Zuschlagsfall bis zum Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit zu unterhalten und dies dem Auftraggeber auf gesondertes Verlangen jederzeit nachzuweisen.

         Für jedes Angebot auf ein Los sind die hierfür einschlägigen Formblätter (FB 213, FB 221 oder 222, FB 235, 234, FB 444 zur Referenzbestätigung, FB 124 (wenn nicht PQ) jeweils gesondert einzureichen.

         Die Formblätter, welche generell für alle Lose gelten (z.B. Erklärungen nach TVergG, FB 217, Eigenerklärung Russlandbezug, Berufshaftpflicht) sind dagegen, sofern für mehrere Lose angeboten wird, nur in einmaliger Ausfertigung ausreichend.

         Es gelten die Weiteren Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen des AG aus den Vergabeunterlagen.

         Die Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen in Formblatt 214 werden um die Bestimmungen in FB 241 (Abfall) ergänzt.
