         Der Auftrag beginnt am 1. August 2023 und endet am 31. Juli 2024. Der Auftrag wird für die Dauer von einem Jahr, längstens jedoch bis Erreichen der maximalen Gesamtmenge vergeben. Der Vertrag ist drei Monate vor Ablauf schriftlich zu kündigen. Erfolgt dies nicht, verlängert sich die Vertragslaufzeit maximal zweimal um jeweils 12 Monate.          Mit dem Angebot sind einzureichen:

         Zulassungsurkunde der NGS (Niedersächsische Gesellschaft zur Endablagerung von Sonderabfall)

         Zertifizierung als Entsorgungsfachbetrieb (Befördern, Lagern, Verwerten). Die entsprechenden Zertifikate sind vorzulegen. Grundsätzlich muss die Gültigkeit des Zertifikats zum Entsorgungsfachbetrieb (ins besonders in Bezug auf den Abfallschlüssel AVV 170204) über den gesamten Vertragszeitraum zwingend gewährleistet sein. Erforderlichenfalls ist bei einer versetzten Auditierung das Entsorgungsfachzertifikat unaufgefordert erneut vorzulegen.
