Die Stadt Quickborn beabsichtigt auf dem Grundstück Ulzburger Landstraße 353 einen Feuerwehrstandort mit drei Wohnungen schlüsselfertig inkl. der entsprechenden Planung als Generalübernehmerleistung (Totalunternehmerleistung) auszuschreiben. Die Leistung beinhaltet neben die Planung und Bau eines Gebäudes, dass eine Fahrzeughalle mit drei Stellplätzen mit entsprechenden Nebenräumen (Umkleidebereich, Technikräume und Sozialraum) sowie drei 2-3 Zimmer Wohnungen umfasst. Die Außenanlagen inkl. der Stellplätze und der Alarmausfahrt sind im Leistungspaket enthalten. Das Angebot wird entsprechende optionale Ausbaustufen enthalten. Das Gebäude soll funktional und dabei energetisch optimiert erstellt werden.
