         Beschafft wird ein (1) Tanklöschfahrzeug (TLF) 4000 entsprechend DIN 14530 Teil 21, bestehend aus Fahrgestell (LOS 1) mit Aufbau (LOS 2). Das Fahrzeug muss nachfolgenden Normen und Richtlinien in ihrer jeweils letztgültigen Fassung entsprechen: DIN EN 1846 Teil 1 - 3, DIN 14530 Teil 21, 14502 Teil 2 und 3 (Restnorm), der EMV Richtlinie für Kraftfahrzeuge, der Richtlinie 2004/104/EG über die Funkentstörung von Kraftfahrzeugen (ergänzt durch 2005/49/49/EG, 2005/83/EG, 2006/28/EG und 2009/19/ EG), EN 50081 : 1998, EN 50082: 1998, ETS 300 113 und 300 390 für ETSI-Spezifikation Tetra-Standard, den Aufbaurichtlinien des Fahrgestellherstellers, allen einschlägigen UVV-Richtlinien, den Vorschriften über elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel (VDE-/ DIN-Normen).

         Ergänzend sind die Vorgaben des Landes Bayern zu beachten und als Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung umzusetzen.

         Es muss geliefert werden einschließlich der Unterbringung der feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung (Los 3) in dem Feuerwehraufbau und aufgesetzt auf einem Allradfahrgestell. Die über die Norm hinaus gehenden unterschiedlichen Beladungen sind bestimmungsgemäß, den Vorgaben dieser Ausschreibung und des Auftraggebers zu lagern.

         Gefordert wird ein Allradfahrgestell geeignet für einen Auf- bzw. Umbau zu einem TLF 4000, entsprechend DIN 14530 Teil 21 und nachfolgend näher beschriebener Ausstattung und Ausrüstung.

         Das Fahrzeug muss der StVZO, dem neuesten Stand der Technik, den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, den feuerwehrtechnischen Richtlinien und den gültigen Normen (u.a. DIN EN 1846-1 bis 3, E DIN 14502-2 und 3, DIN EN 14530 Teil 11, DIN 14800 Teil 18 Beiblatt 9 (jeweils neueste Fassung) entsprechen, soweit in diesem Dokument nicht anders beschrieben. Ergänzend sind die Vorgaben des Landes Bayern zu beachten und als Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung umzusetzen.
