— ca. 6 970 m2 Herstellen überschnittene, rückverankerte Bohrpfahlwand (50 % der Pfähle bewehrt, D =

1,2 bis 1,5 m) mit bis zu 5 Verpressankerlagen, teilweise kleiner Steckträgeraufsatz, Entsorgung Bohrgut,

Grundwasserabsenkung mit 24 Absenkbrunnen, Herstellen, betreiben und abbauen Grundwasserhaltung,

Tagwasserhaltung einschließlich Beobachtungspegeln,

— ca. 200 m2 Bohrträgerverbau,

— ca. 115 000 m3 Erdaushub, Bereitstellung zur Entsorgung mit externer Bereitstellungsfläche und Entsorgung,

— ca. 9 950 m herstellen Bohrpfähle zur Sondergründung (D = 1,2 bis 1,5 m) einschließlich Herstellung und

Zusätzliche Leistungen: ergänzende Statische Berechnungen "zusätzliche Lasten" Baugrubenverbau sowie Rückbau Litzenüberstand mittels Kran/Personenkorb.Massenmehrungen sowie Massenminderungen.Gemäß § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 GWB sind diese Leistungen nicht vorhersehbar gewesen und aufgrund von Umständen erforderlich geworden. Die Leistungen können zeitlich und technisch nicht von den Vertragsleistungen getrennt werden.
