The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Der Rettungszweckverband Chemnitz-Erzgebirge beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von 6 Krankentransportwagen gemäß DIN 1789 Typ A2 zur Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Leistungserbringung.

Dafür muss aufgrund des Auftragswertes eine Verhandlungsvergabe (10/RZV/23/001) gemäß Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Leistungen (VgV) durchgeführt werden, bei welcher aufgrund der aktuellen Marktsituation am Fahrzeugmarkt (keine Neuproduktion geeignter Fahrzeugmodelle und gleichzeitig noch keine Produktion von neuen Modellen, so dass noch kein DIN-gerechter Ausbauplan vorhanden ist) und nach intensiver Recherche bei Marktteilnehmern nur ein Unternehmen gemäß Vorgaben und Bedingungen leistungsfähig ist und somit nur dieses Unternehmen in Betracht kommt. Insofern sind die Tatbestände des § 14 Abs 4 Nr 2b VgV erfüllt.
