         Einwandfreie Bonität - Nachweis erfolgt durch Bankauskunft zur Bonität durch die Hauptbankverbindung. Umsätze der letzten 3 Jahre mit Bestätigung des Steuerberaters bzw. Wirtschaftsprüfers.

         Nachweise können formlos erfolgen. Die Nachweise sind dem Angebot beizufügen!

      3. Technical and professional ability:

         Referenzen vergleichbarer Aufträge (Eigenerklärung) mit folgenden Angaben: Auftraggeber, Ansprechpartner mit Telefon-Nummer, Art der Leistung, Jahresauftragswert, Jahresreinigungsfläche, Ausführungsbeginn, vertragliche Bindung.

         Alternativ zu den Referenzen kann der Auftraggeber auch die eigenen Erfahrungen mit dem Bewerber werten - ein Anspruch darauf besteht nicht.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Der Bewerber muss mindestens 3 aktuelle Referenzen vergleichbarer Aufträge benennen, die alle geforderten Angaben (s. o.) enthalten. Dabei sind nur Referenzen zulässig, die von der gleichen Niederlassung betreut werden, die laut Teilnahmeantrag für die Ausführung des ausgeschriebenen Auftrags vorgesehen ist. Aktuell ist eine Referenz, deren Vertragszeitraum zum Abgabezeitpunkt des Teilnahmeantrags noch nicht beendet ist. Vergleichbar ist ein Auftrag dann, wenn er die folgenden Mindestanforderungen erfüllt:

         Auftraggeber = Öffentlicher Auftraggeber mit vergleichbaren Gebäuden (Schulen, Verwaltungsgebäude, Kindertagesstätten u. a. kommunale Einrichtungen),

         Jahresauftragswert (netto) = 100.000 EUR (Lose 1-2) Jahresreinigungsfläche = 1.000.000 m² (Lose 1-2)

         Ausführungsbeginn = mind. 1 Jahr vor dem Abgabezeitpunkt des Angebotes.
