         Mit den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 sind im Rahmen einer Variantenuntersuchung Erneuerungskonzepte aufzuzeigen und diese technisch wie auch wirtschaftlich zu bewerten.

         Die Planungsvarianten sollen einerseits die Verfügbarkeit der Energieversorgung durch räumliche Trennung von Anteilenteilen oder anderseits durch Erneuerung im Bestandsgebäude, berücksichtigen. Weiterhin sind zukünftige Ausbaustufen des Klärwerkes wie z.B. die 4. Reinigungsstufe /Photovoltaikanlage planerisch mit einzubinden.

         Die Erneuerungskonzepte sollen sich nicht nur auf die jetzige 10kV-Schaltanlage beschränken, sondern es sind auch die 110kV-Transformatoren und Nebenanlagen, wie z.B. die 220V Gleichspannungsanlagen zur Hilfsspannungsversorgung, die Automatisierungstechnik zur Visualisierung der Schaltanlage im PMSX-Prozessleitsystem mit in die Planung einzubeziehen.

         Außerdem ist in der Konzeptionierung / Vorplanung ein geeignetes Gebäude zu berücksichtigen. Das Gebäude inkl. der Schaltanlagen + Nebenanlagen sind in einer einfachen 3D-Modellierung zu visualisieren. Die jetzige Häufung von Kabelsystemen im Gebäude der DE01 in einer Trasse ist zu vermeiden und eine Verteilung auf zwei voneinander räumlich getrennten Wegen in einem begehbaren Betonkanal ist anzustreben. Die Erneuerung der Schaltanlagen wird bei laufenden Betrieb stattfinden.

         Die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 3, 5, 6 und 8 werden optional ausgeschrieben.
