Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die zeitliche Verlängerung der Leistungserbringung ist aufgrund von Bauzeitverzögerungen erforderlich, die der Bauherr nicht vorhersehen bzw. verhindern konnte. Als Ursache der Verzögerungen sind z.B. Materiallieferschwierigkeiten und Personalengpässe der beauftragten Bauunternehmen zu benennen. Als Ursachen hierfür gelten u.a. die Erschwernisse für die Bauwirtschaft durch die Corona-Pandemie (seit März 2020) bzw. durch den Urkaine-Krieg (seit Feb. 2022).
