II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

Im Zuge der Modernisierung der Bahnsteige und der vorhandenen Personenunterführung sowie weiterer div. Neubauten an der Verkehrsstation Dortmund Hbf, ist die Energieversorgung für den Dortmunder Hbf an die sich ändernden Gegebenheiten anzupassen. Hierzu ist der Neubau von mehreren Hauptverteilungen und Unterverteilungen sowie deren verkabelungstechnische Anbindung an eine neue Trafostation der DB Energie GmbH erforderlich. Die vorhandenen Bahnsteige (Bstg. 1-8) erhalten neben neuen Mastbeleuchtungen auch Beleuchtungen unterhalb von Bahnsteigdachneubauten. Neben den Bahnsteigen wird auch die zu erneuernden Personenunterführung mit einer neuen Beleuchtungsanlage realisiert. Die Baumaßnahmen erfolgen in mehreren Bauphasen und mittels Bauzwischenzuständen. Zusätzlich sind Beleuchtungsprovisorien in der neu zu errichtenden Personenunterführung zu berücksichtigen, um einen sicheren Fahrgastverkehr während der Baumaßnahmen zu gewährleisten.

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.
