Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die zusätzlich zu erbringenden Leistungen resultieren aus einem nachträglichen Wunsch des späteren Betreibers und waren deshalb nicht Gegenstand des vergabeverfahrens. Die Nachtragsleistung steht in unmittelbarem technischen Zusammenhang mit der Leistung des AN und ergänzt diese. Zur Vermeidung von zusätzlichen Gewährleistungsschnittstellen und beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten kann die Nachtragsleistung nur vom bisherigen AN ausgeführt werden.
