Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die ursprünglich ausgeschriebenen Holzbeplankungen für die Fachlehrsäle sind zeitnah nicht lieferbar. Der Termin für die Teilinbetriebnahme ist damit in Gefahr.

Die Nachtragsleistungen stehen unmittelbar im Zusammenhang mit der Leistung des AN. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel ist aus terminlichen Gründen nicht möglich und würde zu nicht unerheblichen Mehrkosten und zusätzlichen Gewährleistungsschnittstellen innerhalb des Gewerks führen.
