         Erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau einer Einfeld-Turnhalle und neuen OGS-Räumen sowie für Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand an der LVR Johann-Joseph-Gronewald-Schule, Gronewaldstraße 1, 50931 Köln

         Die beiden Neubauten (Turnhalle und OGS-Neubau) werden als Passivhaus in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die neue Einfeld-Turnhalle erhält über dem Hallenbereich ein Dachtragwerk aus Holz. Eine vorgehängte Fassade aus Terracotta-Platten bestimmt die äußere Gestalt der beiden neuen Gebäude.

         Die bestehende Turnhalle wird zu einer Mensa umgebaut, das ehemalige Schwimmbad beherbergt zukünftig die Werkräume für den Schulunterricht.

         Darüber hinaus wird die vorhandene Aula mit einer Lüftungsanlage ausgestattet.

         Die Neubaumaßnahme umfasst eine BGF von ca. 2.630 m² (BRI ca. 12.440 m³),

         die Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand belaufen sich insgesamt auf eine BGF von ca. 970 m² (BRI ca. 3.660 m³).

         Die Ausführung erfolgt phasenweise.

         Während der gesamten Bauzeit läuft der Schulbetrieb weiter.

         Gegenstand der Leistungen sind die Arbeiten für Fenster und Sonnenschutz der Turnhalle und des OGS-Neubaus.

         Die Arbeiten werden Zeitversetzt ausgeführt.
