      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Das Konzept für den Neubau R.6 Anatomiegebäude und Praktika der Universität Bielefeld ist aus den Besonderheiten von Ort und Aufgabe entwickelt. Der Bauplatz ist geprägt von seiner Lage an den Hängen des Teutoburger Waldes. Das Grundstück weist im Bereich des Baufensters ein Gefälle von ca. 5,00 m auf, welches von Norden nach Süden ansteigt.

         Der Neubaukörper R.6 stellt sich als einfacher, viergeschossiger Quader dar, der durch die spezifischen Nutzungen weiter ausformuliert wird. Ein U-förmiger Unterschnitt in Richtung "Campusplatz", "Campusmagistrale" und grüner Fuge in Richtung Baufeld R.7 markiert den Haupteingang. Die notwendigen Technikzentralen werden eingerückt als untergeordnete Bauteile auf der Dachfläche des Baukörpers angeordnet.

         Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Druckluftanlagen , die u.a. folgende Inhalte umfassen:

         - Rohr aus nichtrostendem Stahl geschweißt für Druckluftleitungen ca. 464,2 m

         - Druckluftanlage 1 Stk.
