Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund behördlicher Auflagen konnte der Abbruch der alten undEinschub der neuen Eisenbahnüberführung über die Balanstr. Strecke5510 nicht bereits im November 2022 erfolgen sondern muss inseparater Sperrpause im September 2023 durchgeführt werden.Hierdurch verschieben sich vorgesehene Bauleistungenbeziehungsweise müssen infolge der erneuten, zusätzlichen Sperrpausenochmals ausgeführt werden.
