         Mit dem rechtsverbindlich unterschriebenen Teilnahmeantrag sind für die Beurteilung der Eignung des Bewerbers folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen:

         (Eigen)Erklärungen darüber, dass

         1. über das Vermögen des Bewerbers kein Insolvenz- oder ein vergleichbares gesetzliches Verfahren eröffnet bzw. die Eröffnung beantragt oder dieser Antrag mangels Masse abgelehnt wurde,

         2. sich der Bewerber nicht in der Liquidation befindet,

         3. der Bewerber der Verpflichtung zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung nachgekommen ist,

         Es gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für Lieferungen und Leistungen der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft e.V.

         Deren Akzeptanz ist mit dem Teilnahmeantrag zu bestätigen.

         Zahlungsbedingungen

         Maximal 50% vor vollständiger Auftragserfüllung (ggf. Abnahme durch den Anwender nach erfolgter Installation bzw. Einweisung) werden ausschließlich gegen unbefristete Bankbürgschaft gem. beigefügten Vordrucken geleistet.

         Sämtliche Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Bankbürgschaft gehen zu Lasten des Auftragnehmers.
