Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Zuständigkeitsbereiche der umweltfachlichen Baubegleitung und der bodenkundlichen Baubegleitung überschneiden sich

maßgeblich. Insbesondere im Bereich des Kabeltiefbau sind beide Funktionen gefragt, die Begleitung vor Ort selbst, die

Erstellung von Begehungsprotokollen und die Abstimmungen mit Behörden erfordern eine enge Verzahnung der beiden

Funktionen. Ein Wechsel des AN wäre mit erheblichem Mehraufwand zur Einarbeitung verbunden und würde auf Grund zudem

einen unverhältnismäßig hohen Mehraufwand durch fortlaufend notwendige Abstimmungen zwischen umweltfachlicher und

bodenkundlicher Baubegleitung erfordern.
