         Die Sanierung der Elektrotechnik, der Fördertechnik, der Informationstechnik und der Steuerungstechnik des leerstehenden Schulgebäudes in der Habsburger Straße 14 in Pforzheim soll zielgerichtet auf die Bedürfnisse einer neu unter zu bringenden Schule für Kinder mit geistiger Behinderung (SBBZ Lernen) erfolgen.

         Im Rahmen der Sanierung sind die Anforderungen der Schulnutzung durch die spezielle Klientel zu berücksichtigen.

         Das Bauwerk mit seinen elektrischen Anlagen weist erhebliche Mängel auf, welche zum Erlöschen der Baugenehmigung geführt haben.

         Eine Sanierung muss die Anforderungen des Raumprogramms mit den erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der Standsicherheit, des Brandschutzes und der Bauphysik verbinden. Dabei ist ein hoher Anspruch an die wirtschaftlich sinnvolle energetische Optimierung von Gebäudehülle, Haustechnik und Elektrischen Anlagen zu stellen.

         Das Schulgebäude mit Freianlagen ist zu überplanen, zu optimieren und in einer Genehmigungsplanung zu fixieren. Der gesamte Sanierungsprozess ist zu dokumentieren.

         Die Beauftragung ist in zwei Stufen vorgesehen:

         1.Stufe: Leisungsphasen 1-3

         2.Stufe: Leistungsphasen 4-9

         Das Verfahren ist zweistufig aufgebaut.

         Beim Teilnahmewettbewerb werden zur Auswahl der geeigneten Bieter die Bewerbung mit Grundstruktur und Referenz(en) abgefragt. Beim anschließenden Verhandlungsverfahren wird die Eignung und Leistung anhand der Büropräsentation, der Vorstellung der Projektskizze und eines fertiggestellten Projekts ermittelt.
