Standzeitüberschreitung und verlängerte Gerüstüberlassung.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die verläng. Standzeit des Gerüsts ergab sich durch nicht vorherseh. Verschiebungen durch Lieferprobl. bei Fassadenm. (Sonnenschutz, Dämmung) und anschließender Verschiebung der WDVS-Arbeiten zum Schutz vor witterungsbed. Beschädigungen. Ein Wechsel des AN (Ab- und Wiederaufbau Gerüst durch ein weiters UN) wäre unwirtschaftlich und technisch schwierig. Das Gerüst ist ununterbrochen auch für weitere Gewerke in Gebrauch zu halten, damit die Baustelle nicht ins Stocken gerät. Die Erfordernis des Nachtrags war im Vorfeld nicht erkennbar, die angebotenen Leistungen beziehen sich inhaltlich und räumlich auf die beauftragten Leistungspositionen, eine Neuausschreibung bzw. Vergabe an Dritte war aus Gründen der Leistungszuordnung und aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht angemessen durchführbar. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags bleibt unverändert.
