Zum 01.01.2022 wurde die städtische Tochtergesellschaft ,,Stadt Hilden Beteiligungsgesellschaft"" (SHB) neu gegründet. Aktuell werden mit der SHB Verhandlungen über einen Facility-Management-Vertrag geführt, in dem u.a. die Reinigung der Gebäude der SHB geregelt werden soll. Gebäude der SHB sind auch Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Die Regelungen aus dem Facility-Management-Vertrag sind daher bei der erneuten Ausschreibung der Reinigungsleistungen zu berücksichtigen. Durch den noch fehlenden Vertragsabschluss ist der Leistungsumfang noch nicht bekannt und die Ausschreibungsinhalte stehen somit aktuell noch nicht fest.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
