         Der Bieter hat mit seinem Angebot durch geeignete Nachweise seine Eignung für die in Rede stehende Leistung im Sinne der §§ 122 ff. GWB nachzuweisen. Dies geschieht durch Vorlage geforderten Nachweise und Erklärungen. Alternativ zu den in der Bekanntmachung und der Angebotsaufforderung genannten Nachweise akzeptiert der Auftraggeber bei Angebotsabgabe als vorläufigen Beleg der Eignung und des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen die ausgefüllte „Eigenerklärung für Liefer- und Dienstleistungen“ (Formblatt LD 124 ist beigefügt: https://www.kreis-vg.de/index.php?object=tx,3079.3&ModID=6&FID=3079.6132.1&kuo=2) oder die Vorlage einer Einheitlichen Europäischen Eigenerklärung nach § 50 VgV (nachfolgend EEE). Soweit Bieter von der Möglichkeit der vorgenannten Eigenerklärungen Gebrauch machen, behält sich der Auftraggeber vor, die

         betreffenden Bieter jederzeit während des Verfahrens zur Beibringung der vorgenannten Nachweise (sämtlich oder zum Teil) aufzufordern, wenn dies zur angemessenen Durchführung des Verfahrens erforderlich ist.

         Bescheinigungen, die nicht in deutscher Sprache abgefasst sind, ist eine Übersetzung in die deutsche Sprache eizufügen.

         Der Nachweis kann jedoch auch durch Eintrag in einem amtlichen Verzeichnis (z. B. dem durch die Industrie und Handelskammer eingerichteten PQ-Verzeichnis) oder durch Vorlage eines Zertifikates im Sinne der europäischen Zertifizierungsstandards geführt werden.

         Bei Angeboten von Bietergemeinschaften müssen die für die Prüfung und des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen erforderlichen Unterlagen mit Ausnahmen der nachzuweisenden Referenzen für jedes Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft vorgelegt werden.
