Die Baumaßnahme der Tunnelsanierung bezieht sich auf die Sanierung von Teilbereichen des bestehenden Tunnelsystems im Kerngelände des Universitätsklinikums Frankfurt. Über dieses Tunnelsystem erfolgt ein Großteil der Waren- und Patienten- Transporte des Klinikums. Aus diesem betrieblichen Umstand muss die Maßnahme in mehreren aneinander folgenden Bauabschnitten / Bauphasen im Innenraum und Aussenraum des Tunnelsystems erfolgen. Im Rahmen der Gesamt-Maßnahmen werden folgende Leistungen umgesetzt: - Sanierung der Bauwerksabdichtung innen- uns aussenseitig - Sanierung der Tunnelkonstruktion in Teilen - Brandschutztechnische Sanierung - Erneuerung der Technischen Gebäudeausstattung Der Leistungsumfang des Leistungsverzeichnisses umfasst die folgenden Arbeitsbereiche: - Abbrucharbeiten Dachabdichtung - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten - Anschluß - Details - Durchdringungen - Dachaufbauten, Dachoberlichter - Absturzsicherungssystem Leistungskennwerte Dachabdichtung: Titel - Abbrucharbeiten - Rückbau Dachabdichtung und Kies 250 m² Titel - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten - Dachabdichtung ungedämmt 50 m² - Dachabdichtung Warmdach, gedämmt 300 m² Titel - Anschluß - Details - Attikaausbildung 50 lfm - Anschlüsse an aufgehende Bauteile 120 lfm Titel -Durchdringungen - Dachabläufe/Notüberläufe 11 Stk Titel -Dachaufbauten - RWA-Oberlicht 4 Stk - Glasoberlicht Pultdach 3 Stk Titel -Absturzsicherungssystem - Seilsystem Dachfläche 350 m²

Änderung der Ausfühung des Annexdaches aufgrund des erfolgeten Rückbaus der Waschbetonfassade im Bereich des Anschlusses des Annextunnels.

Die zusätzliche Leistung wurden erst im Zuge der Baumaßnahme ersichtlich und nicht vorherzusehen. Die geänderte Leistung erfolgte aufgrund von Umständen, die der öffentliche Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrages änderte sich hierdurch nicht.

Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel hätte zur Unwirtschaftlichkeit und zu erheblichen Kosten sowie technischen Schwierigkeiten geführt.
