Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Beauftragung zusätzlicher Leistungen gemäß Richtlinie 2009/81/EG und § 22 VS Abs. (2) VOB/A. Die Lieferung und Montage der Splitterschutzabdeckung muss vorgezogen werden, hieraus ergibt sich ein zusätzlicher Arbeitsaufwand. Bei einer Besichtigung wurde die Notwendigkeit der Vorabmontage festgestellt.
