         Die Stadtwerke IT-Kooperation Ostwürttemberg (sitko) beabsichtigt die gemeinsame Auswahl und Vergabe eines Gesamtsystems für die zentralen Unternehmensanwendungen ERP, Energieabrechnung und EDM. Die angebotene Gesamtlösung kann mehrere Softwareprodukte umfassen. Es ist aber eine Lösung durch einen Generalunternehmer anzubieten. Die Lösung ist als "Software as a Service" bereitzustellen und über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit zu betreiben. Implementierung, Betrieb und Support zur Gesamtlösung ist ein zwingender Bestandteil des Angebots. Zusätzlich werden Prozessdienstleistungen, insbesondere in standardisierten, nicht differenzierenden Geschäftsprozessen angefragt. Diese können Optional als Ergänzung angeboten werden.
