Der Magistrat der Stadt Wetzlar beabsichtigt den Neubau des Feuerwehrhauptstützpunkt Wetzlar in der Ernst-Leitz-Straße 44 in 35578 Wetzlar

Die Baumaßnahme gliedert sich in 3 Gebäude

• Hauptgebäude länglich orientierter Massivbaukörper, 2-3 geschossig mit Flachdach, Grundfläche ca. 3.335 m2

• Solitäre 1 geschossiges Nebengebäude in Massivbauweise mit Trapezblech-Flachdach, Grundfläche ca. 215 m2

• Übungsturm 2-8 geschossiger höhenorientierter Massivbaukörper mit Flachdach, Grundfläche ca. 60 m2
