         Es gilt der Grundsatz der Eigenerklärung (Formblatt 124/EEE).

         - Haftpflichtversicherungsnachweis,

         - Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des Finanzamtes / Nachweis, dass die Verpflichtung zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung ordnungsgemäß erfüllt wurde,

         - Mitgliedschaft Berufsgenossenschaft,

         - Freistellungsbescheinigung n. § 48 b EStG,

         - Angaben zur Preisermittlung entsprechend Formblatt 221 oder 222

         - Selbstauskunft über mögliche schwebende Ermittlungsverfahren.

         - Ab einer Auftragssumme von 30 000 EUR wird der Auftraggeber für den Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, einen Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister gem. § 150a GewO beim Bundesamt der Justiz anfordern. Sollte dieser Auszug bereits beim Bieter vorliegen und nicht älter als drei Monate sein, bittet die Vergabestelle um die Einreichung bereits mit dem Angebot

         - Referenzen - Ausführung von Leistungen in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind.

         Bieter aus anderen Staaten übergeben bitte gleichwertige Bescheinigungen und Nachweise von Stellen in den anderen Staaten.
