Seitens des Landesamtes für Umwelt des Landes Brandenburg wurde mit Wirkung vom 28.08.2020 der Bemessungsabfluß für den Bereich der Schwarzen Elster von 45m³/s auf 74,3m³/s festgelegt. Der Planer wurde zur Überarbeitung der Kostenveranschlagung aufgefordert.
