NT01 - Einsatz Doppelrammpfäle für Gründungen, statt einfacher Rammpfähle.

Die Analyse des Baugrundgutachtens vor Beginn der Arbeiten hat

ergeben, dass 14 Gründungen mit Doppelrammpfählen ausgeführt

werden müssen, statt wie angeboten mit einfachen Rammpfählen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

NT01 - Die Gründungen müssen gesamthaft durch den gebundenen AN, in

Übereinstimmung mit der Bautechnologie der übrigen Leistungen

erfolgen. Eine Herauslösung und gesonderte Vergabe von 14 Gründungen, die

über das gesamte Baufeld verteilt sind, hat erhebliche negative zeitliche

und wirtschaftliche Folgen für das Projekt.
