Für das Foyer und den Eingangsbereich der Stadtteilbibliothek, Messestadt-Riem soll eine Ausstellung zu Themen der Stadtteilentwicklung der Messestadt-Riem konzipiert werden. Das bereits vorhandene städtebauliche Modell (aus den Riem-Arcaden) wird in aktualisierter Form gezeigt. terschiedliche Themen wie die Entwicklung des Stadtteils (Flughafen, Messestadt), Zukunftsfragen ("work in progress") und Interviews/Stellungnahmen von Bewohnern der Messestadt werden über eine Medienstation und ggf. über Projektionen interaktiv vermittelt.
Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Grundlagenermittlung, Entwicklung eines Redaktions- und Gestaltungskonzepts der Ausstellung, Vorgaben zur Infrastruktur, einschließlich der Ausführungsplanung sowie die Ausschreibung der Raumobjekte, der erforderlichen Hardware und deren Bespielung und Programmierung.

Der Nachtrag beschreibt den Aufwand für die Zusammenstellung aller Inhalte des Mock-Ups füre die Programmierung der Ausstellungssoftware, einschließlich des Screendesigns, Vorgaben für die Programmierung, Betreuung der Programmierung des Mock-Ups und der Erstellung und Übergabe der offenen Dateien, inklusive Besprechungen/Bemusterungen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die Überarbeitung des Ausstellungskonzeptes basiert auf der mit dem Hauptauftrag bereits erarbeiteten Planungsleistung des Auftragnehmers, unter der Forderung des Planungsreferats nach einer langfristig -auch im Unterhalt- wirtschaftlichen und von den beteiligten Referaten flexibel bespielbaren Lösung, nachdem Betrieb und Unterhalt der urspünglich entwickelten Ausstellungsvariante stadtseitig nicht gesichert werden konnte und seitens PLAN eine Projektänderung gewünscht wurde.
Der Nachtrag beschreibt den Aufwand für die Zusammenstellung aller Inhalte des Mock-Ups für die Programmierung der Ausstellungssoftware, einschließlich des Screendesigns, der Vorgaben für die programmierung, der Betreuung der Programmierung des Mock-Ups und der Erstellung und Übergabe der offenen Dateien, inklusive Besprechungen/Bemusterungen.
Der Mehraufwand war zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung nicht nicht erkennbar und begründet sich in der Entscheidung des Planungsreferats zur Überarbeitung des ursprünglichen Konzepts (Stand 21.12.2021) mit Medientisch zu einer reduzierten Ausstellung mit "digitalem Band" (Stand 21.07.2022).
