contract:
Für die Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen sind die Sanierung sowie ein
Teilneubau des Bestandsgebäudes der Pferdeklinik geplant. Die Maßnahme
ist Teil des Gesamtkonzepts der Machbarkeitstudie Campus Seltersberg
Veterinärmedizin der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen. Das unter
Denkmalschutz stehende Bestandsgebäude der Pferdeklinik wird saniert,
wobei bis auf den Rückbau des Mittelbaus keine Veränderungen am
Baukörper des Gebäudes vorgesehen sind. Der rückgebaute Mittelbau wird
durch einen Neubau ersetzt.
Die Maßnahme umfasst verschiedene Raumtypen. Im Erdgeschoss sind alle
patientenbezogenen Bereiche wie Boxen, Untersuchungsräume und OP:s
untergebracht. Es werden 2 OP-Bereiche (septisch und aseptisch) mit
entsprechenden Zonierungen und Andienungen angeordnet. Im 1.
Obergeschoss und im Dachgeschoss befinden sich Büros, Seminarflächen
und Labore sowie eine Bibliothek und eine Apotheke.
Die Nutzungsfläche (NUF 1 - 6) der Baumaßnahme beträgt insgesamt 2
360 m .
Die Kostenobergrenze der Maßnahme beträgt insgesamt 8 105 000 EUR
brutto (KGR 200-600).
Die im Kabinettsbeschluss "CO2-neutrale Landesverwaltung" vom
17.5.2010 definierten Energiestandards sind zu berücksichtigen.
Ziel dieses Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb war die
Vergabe der Objektplanung - Gebäude gem. § 34 HOAI (2013) i. V. mit
Anlage 10.1: Leistungsphasen 2 - 8.
Die anrechenbaren Kosten für die Objektplanung Gebäude gem. § 34 HOAI
(2013) betragen ca. 5 700 000 EUR.
