Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Der Ursprünglich bekannt gegebene Auftragswert war als Bruttobetrag angegeben. Ferner wurde der bisherige Auftragswert ab Mai 2022 gemäß § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB angepasst und beläuft sich für die Grundlaufzeit bis 30.12.2022 auf netto 928.243,38 €.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Zuge der deutschlandweiten Energiekrise sowie stark steigender Lebensmittelpreise mussten die Kosten für die einzelnen Portionen ab Mai 2022 um netto 0,35 bzw. 0,41 € angepasst werden.
