Gegenstand des Nachtrags Nr. 58 sind Planungsleistungen bezüglich der Erstellung einer Deckenhöhenplanung für den Knotenpunkt Margarethenhain/Hauptstraße auf der B95 in Espenhain (KP 11).

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Aufgrund des sich stark verschlechternden Zustands der Straßenverkehrsfläche des Knotenpunktes Margarethenhain/Hauptstraße auf der B95 in Espenhain (KP 11) hat der Bauherr, die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes Niederlassung Ost, Außenstelle Dresden, entschieden– abweichend von der sich von der Planfeststellung ergebenden bisherigen Aufgabenstellung - diesen komplett zu erneuern. Dies erfordert eine Auftragserweiterung für die Ausführungsplanung, nämlich nachträgliche die Erstellung einer Deckenhöhenplanung für den kompletten Knotenpunkt. Bei dieser Erstellung einer Deckenhöhenplanung für den kompletten Knotenpunkt handelt es sich um eine Zusatzleistung zu den beauftragten Grundleistungen. Diese kann aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nur vom bisherigen Auftragnehmer erbracht werden.
