Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Gegenstand dieser Vertragsabweichung ist die Umplanung der Bahnsteigsentwässerung. Der ursprüngliche Vertrag sieht die Entwässerung des Bahnsteigs über die vorhandene PU vor. Nach Untersuchung der Entwässerung mittels TV-Inspektion wurde erkannt, dass die usprünglich ausgeschriebene Variante nicht umsetzbar ist. Daher ist die Umplanung zur Umsetzung des ursprünglichen Vertrags erforderlich.
